Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear back into its original Moshulu box and secure it inside a protective mailing bag or outer box.

• 2.
  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, indicating whether you would like a full refund or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Generate a Shipping Label

  Visit our online returns portal to download a prepaid Royal Mail or Evri label, or use the QR code option at your local drop-off point.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your chosen courier location and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
